Our story

The past

2010 - 2015

The production of Italian finger food and arancini started in 2010 from an initiative of Riccardo Siligato and his wife Josanne Rizzo.
Shortly joined by Massimo Minutoli, the company thrived quickly gaining the trust and support of the whole Italian community and the hospitality industry.

The present

2105 - 2019

After gaining the trust of our clients, we have started to receive enquiries about other products that we couldn't produce in our premises, so we looked into the Italian market to source top quality products to satisfy the need of our clients.

The future


We will be incessantly searching the Italian market to discover new products to include in our range and offer an increasing variety of products and solutions for both the food-service and the retail distribution channels.
